
Current champions Inter Milan once again open up a six-point lead over Napoli with eight rounds remaining in the Italian Championship.
On Sunday afternoon (30/3), Inter Milan beat Udinese 2-1 at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium in the 30th round of the Italian Championship. The home team’s goals were scored by Arnautovic and Fratessi, while Oumar Solet reduced the score for the visitors.
With the result, Inter Milan once again opened up a six-point lead over Napoli, who are second with 61 points after 29 games. Udinese are in tenth place with 40 points in 30 games. Inter Milan’s next game is this Wednesday (2/4), when the team will face Milan in the Italian Cup. Udinese will visit Genoa two days later in the Italian Championship.
Inter Milan opened the scoring in the 12th minute of the game. Federico Dimarco received the ball on the left side of the attack and crossed low to Arnautovic, who finished firmly and opened the scoring.
In the 29th minute, Inter extended their lead. In a move very similar to the first goal, Dimarco found Frattesi in the area. The midfielder hit a great shot and scored the second. Udinese reduced the deficit in the 26th minute of the second half. Oumar Solet took a chance from outside the area and scored a great goal.
