Germán Cano, Paulo Henrique Ganso, and Nino, now at Zenit, are in the running alongside some of the biggest names in world football. The striker was the central figure in the conquest of South America, scoring an incredible 13 goals in 12 matches in the continental tournament, including the first goal in the final against Boca Juniors.
Ganso and Nino were also key players in the continental triumph. The Tricolor’s No. 10 was responsible for controlling the midfield and dictating the pace of the matches, while the center-back, alongside Felipe Melo, formed a solid defense throughout the competition.
In addition to them, six other Brazilians are in the race: Vinícius Júnior and Rodrygo, both from Real Madrid in attack; Dante, Bremer, and Gabriel Magalhães (Nice, Juventus, and Arsenal, respectively) in defense; and Éderson from Manchester City in goal.
