Ronaldo’s son explained that his father stopped doing live broadcasts due to the ‘hate’ from Cruzeiro fans when the team was going through a bad phase.
DJ and influencer Ronald, son of Ronaldo, former owner of Cruzeiro’s SAF, explained why his father gave up doing “live broadcasts”. According to his eldest son, the Raposa fans “made his life hell” when the team was doing badly.
Former player and businessman, Ronaldo was the main investor in Raposa for more than two years – between January 2022 and April 2024. Under the management of the star, Cruzeiro left the Série B of the Brazilian Championship. Ronald explained that the Celeste fans did not mind Ronaldo’s live broadcasts when the team was going through a good phase.
However, with poor results, fans ‘demanded’ the businessman. “When Cruzeiro won, everything was fine, everything was wonderful. He (Ronaldo) would go on the live stream, and everyone would say:
‘President, we love you…’ The problem is that you made his life hell – and ours, as a result – when Cruzeiro lost,” he said.
