“Coming to Inter Miami was an opportunity, because of how everything has happened in recent years in Paris. It was a decision I had to make on the spot because I had to leave Barcelona, it was 2 years that I didn’t enjoy (at PSG), I wasn’t happy on a daily basis”, exclaimed Messi.
“It was very difficult for me to adapt to all of this. I was interested in coming to Inter because it was a growing club, everything was very new, I liked the idea of coming and helping the club grow. And I knew it was a city where my family could be safe. I don’t regret it, quite the opposite”, he added.
