In an interview with the portal GiveMeSport, Junior Pedroso revealed that “many clubs” are interested in the player and plan to make a proposal for him in the January window.
“Yes, many clubs have contacted us regarding Antony’s transfer in January. These clubs wanted to understand Antony’s situation, so I can confirm that there is concrete interest,” he said.
During the interview, Pedroso also mentioned that Manchester United had never shown interest in parting ways with the player, despite numerous reports in British newspapers suggesting otherwise.
“To be fair, Manchester United has never shown interest in selling or loaning Antony. We have never received such communication from them. The management of Manchester United has never told us that they want Antony to leave, despite the reports we see out there about our client,” he stated.
