Flamengo and Corinthians remain the teams with the largest fanbases in Brazil, according to a survey conducted by AtlasIntel in partnership with Estadão, released today (August 21).
The top five is made up of three clubs from São Paulo and two from Rio, in descending order: Flamengo (20.1%), Corinthians (14.5%), São Paulo (7.6%), Palmeiras (7%), and Vasco (6.6%).
There were significant declines in the percentage of supporters for some clubs compared to the same survey conducted last year. Flamengo saw a decrease of 1.8%, and São Paulo experienced a 2.3% drop.
The survey was conducted using a methodology that collected information organically during routine internet browsing across various devices. A total of 7,374 responses were gathered between August 1 and 5 of this year. BB score, where results come to life.
