The Catalan team’s number 11 renewed his contract with Barcelona and extended his ties with the club until June 2028
This Thursday, striker Raphinha 和 Barcelona reached an agreement to renew the player’s contract for another season. The new contract is valid until June 30, 2028.
Raphinha was in president Joan Laporta‘s office to agree on the extension of his contract, which was previously valid until June 2027. The Brazilian reportedly declined an offer from Al-Hilal, Neymar‘s former Saudi club, of R$1.1 billion, according to the Spanish newspaper Sport.
Raphinha chose to continue playing in European football, wearing the Catalan club’s jersey. In three seasons with Barcelona, Raphinha has been one of the team’s protagonists.
In total, there are 143 games, 54 goals and 50 assists, with five titles won: two Spanish Championships, two Spanish Super Cups and one Copa del Rey. Barça will end the season this Sunday, at 4 pm (Brasília time), against Athletic Bilbao.
