Flamengo beat Vitória 2-1, this Sunday (6/4), in the second round of the Campeonato Brasileiro 2024, at Barradão. The goals of the triumph were scored by Arrascaeta and Bruno Henrique, while Wellington Rato scored for Leão da Barra. With the result, Rubro-Negro is in sixth place, with four points.
On the other side, Vitória is in last place, without any points. In the next round, Flamengo travels to face Grêmio, in Porto Alegre. On the same day, Vitória visits Atlético, in Belo Horizonte.
Flamengo started the match better and created the first chance in the fourth minute. Wesley crossed to Everton Cebolinha in the area. The forward, alone, headed the ball over the goal line.
