Jorge Jesus, from Al-Hilal, made two demands to the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) to take over the Brazilian National Team: independence at work and a high salary.
“The first is to earn a salary close to what he earns at Al-Hilal. He earns very well, much more than any coach of a team in South America. But it is the position of coach of the Brazilian National Team, he really has to earn well. Money is not a problem for the CBF, which has an exceptional financial condition, it is a billion-dollar entity. So, that is resolved, he can earn what he wants”, said Journalist João Guilherme, on YouTube Channel.
“He also asked for independence at work to do things his way, the same thing he did at Flamengo, he will take the key and put it in his pocket. ‘I will do things my way, with my team, I will not allow anyone to interfere’. Did you get the message? He did that at Flamengo too, Marcos Braz was there by his side, but he was the one in charge of everything”, he added.
