The Brazilian team lost at Maracanã to Central Córdoba, from Argentina, in the second round of the Libertadores group stage.
Flamengo was defeated by Central Córdoba-ARG by 2 to 1, this Wednesday, at Maracanã, in a game valid for the second round of Group C of the Copa Libertadores 2025.
With the result, the red-and-blacks remain with three points. The Argentines, on the other hand, have four. Central Córdoba scored their goals in the first half, with Heredia and Florentín.
Flamengo reduced the deficit in the final stage, with De la Cruz. In the next round, Flamengo will visit LDU-EQU, on April 22, in Quito. On the 24th, Central Córdoba will host Deportivo Táchira-VEN, in Argentina.
