The former player played for Manchester United and spoke about the offer made by Bar\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI was on vacation when I got a call saying that Manchester United had accepted an offer from Barcelona. I immediately replied: \u2018I\u2019ll only leave if it\u2019s for Real Madrid,\u201d said Beckham in an interview with CBS Sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Englishman, some of the press even considered him officially sold to Barcelona, \u200b\u200bbecause the deal was so advanced. \u201cMy dream has always been to play for Real, since I was little. When I realized that United wanted to negotiate for me, I made it clear that I would only accept going to Madrid.
