The Serie C in 2025 will have three clubs that have adopted the model, with the possibility of three more depending on negotiations. Figueirense, Londrina, and Maring\u00e1 are already club-companies, while Botafogo-PB, N\u00e1utico, and Ituano are moving forward with agreements. Of all the Serie C SAFs for 2025, the oldest is Maring\u00e1, which adopted the model in 2022 and has been reaping the benefits since then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to securing promotion to the third division, the team earned over R$5 million in prizes in the last two editions of the Copa do Brasil. Another club from Paran\u00e1 that also became a club-company is Londrina, which now belongs to a group led by Guilherme Belintani, the former president of Bahia, who has already signaled an investment of over R$100 million in the club over the next six years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the pitch, however, success has yet to come. After being eliminated 6-0 by Athletico-PR in the state championship quarter-finals, the team failed to secure promotion to Serie B in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, Figueirense sold 90% of its shares to Grupo Clave, which will receive an investment of R$60 million in exchange for the transfer of the Carlos Alberto Campos Gymnasium land from Figueirense Associa\u00e7\u00e3o to Figueirense SAF. To date, Clave has invested R$14 million in the club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Lastly, Botafogo-PB and Ituano are awaiting approval in an assembly to adopt the model.
